Order Processing
In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as Pre-Order are not immediately available for shipment. By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand that you are reserving your item before it officially ships.
Estimated shipping time for pre-orders will be listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. TheNiyaBae Collective is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, TheNiyaBae Collective is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
International Shipping
At this time, TheNiyaBae Collective ships within the United States only. International shipping may become available in the future.
